Everest Base Camp Trek

The classic Khumbu trail to Everest Base Camp, paced for acclimatization with Sherpa-led guiding from Kathmandu.

Everest Base Camp is the journey most travelers picture when they think of Nepal: prayer flags, stone villages, and a trail that climbs from rhododendron forest into the high Khumbu. World Touch runs this trek from our Kathmandu office, so flights, permits, and lodge bookings are handled before you ever reach Lukla.

Days are built around altitude, not speed. You walk with a licensed guide, sleep in teahouses, and keep rest days at Namche and Dingboche. The reward is Kala Patthar at sunrise and Base Camp itself — a place that still feels earned.

This departure suits fit walkers who are new to high altitude and want a trusted local team rather than a last-minute package.
