Everest Three Passes Trek

Kongma La, Cho La, and Renjo La — the full Khumbu for experienced trekkers.

Three Passes is the Khumbu without shortcuts. You link Everest Base Camp, the Gokyo lakes, and three high passes. It is for people who have trekked before and want a longer, harder route.

We keep group sizes small and build weather days into the plan so a closed pass does not wreck the trip.

Questions

Is this a first trek?

We do not recommend it as a first high-altitude trek. Everest Base Camp or Gokyo is a better start.
